The penis is not a muscle, so "exercising" it does no good. Might be enjoyable, but it doesn't make it bigger or stronger.

He was right - just joking with you. There is no such thing as penile exercises. There is nothing to exercise really. Part of the reason that sex feels good to us is that it is wild and uncontrollable. If it was under our own control, we'd get bored of it.

I tried exercises in middle school and saw no real change. My in-class routine consisted of 500 hands-free lifts per day (give or take). Of course when I got further along in the stages of puberty, I thought one day all my work had suddenly paid off. So short answer "No, there are no penile related exercises that affect growth."

The only exercise that will enhance the size of your muscle is flexing it. Like any muscle, the more you exercise it, the stronger it will become. Unfortunately,there's nothing else that will work for us.
