Like the words have a little bit of a shadow type thing behide them, and when I go to screen revolution it says 1024 by 768 with a 32 bit color and I've tried to change the screen revolution the screen like moves over all the way to the right side of the screen and resting it doesn't help the blur go away but it helps the part where it moves over all the way to the right side of the screen but I just can't get the fuzz to go away and it's hurting my eyes and is veryy annoying... anyone know what I can do?

I think that is a horrible problem.
Only one solution. Go to Geek Squad or any Computer people and ask them to help you. If nothing works, then you will have to buy a new computer.

Thats my answer! Hope you liked it....

Is this a CRT or a LCD?

For either:

Windows deliberately blurs text slightly so that the diagonal lines in characters do not look like a series of steps. You can alter this by changing your Font Smoothing:
Display Properties > Appearance tab > Click ion the Effects button and then it is the second item down. ClearType is more blurred than Standard. Clear the tick box to turn it off entirely.

For a LCD:
Make sure that your desktop resolution is the native resolution of the monitor.
Make sure that the refresh rate is set to 60 Hz.
Open up Notepad and fill it with H characters. Then pres the Auto Setup button on the monitor.
