Planning a trip with girlfriend on witch i would like to propose wondering where it should be. Any places with in city would be aprciated.

San Diego is a romantic city. There are lots of beaches where you could propose.....and lots of other romantic places.
Some possibilities: Propose during a gondola ride on Coronado Island, have your own private beach bonfire and propose, plan a private picnic overlooking the ocean and propose there

Listen; YOU put the "romance" into the Place- IT doesn't do it for you! You could set up a little table with an umbrella outside of the "Green Zone" in Baghdad, Iraq- and it could be SO ROMANTIC, neither of you would EVER forget it... Of course, THERE the "service" might be alittle "spotty" & the "fireworks" overly "realistic"- but hey! It's who your WITH- that makes the place & moment- what it IS. :)
