Hey I found a wonderful solution: transparent straps. They are made out in flexible plastic that really sticks to your skin like glue and they stay in the exact position where you put them.
I discovered them this year when I had to get them for a dance show.

Try a racerback bra. The straps are much less likely to fall down with those! The best place for bras is Victorias Secret, they have so many styles and a good range of sizes too, and the sales associates are usually pretty knowledgeable. Also a sports bra has wider straps so they will stay on your shoulders better. You can get those at any sports store like Steve and Barrys. If you don't wear a large cup size, I suggest wearing a bra-top cami instead of a bra. It makes a great layering piece too, so it adds interest to your outfit. They are very comfy, I wear them every day. A good place to buy them is Limited Too, Old Navy, Forever 21, or Kohls.

Tighten it. If that doesn't help it is more than likely you are wearing one that is the wrong size. If you are insistant upon wearing the bra and you can convert the straps then just do that. Otherwise, it might be time for a different bra. Hope that helps.

You can get a clear strap that hooks the two over the shoulder in the middle of the back. Look into any bra store.

so you tie your bra straps in the back so that a regular bra looks like a racer-back bra?
well, i just use a safety pin to hook the two straps together.
if you want to secure the straps (at the tops of your shoulders) to some shirts that you always find your brastraps always falling down when you wear these shirts, you can sew in safety pins to on the inside of the shirts, that way you can hook your bra straps to the shirts.
(sometimes bra straps just fall down, even though you have a good-fitting bra...)

You may need a different size. They sell bras that have a clasp that pulls the straps together in the middle or goes from one shoulder to the back. I think I got one at walmart one time.

I would suggest buying a new one? If they keep falling down, it doesn't fit. Or try tightening the straps. Or if it's the type where you can take the straps off, do it and criss-cross them (instead of the straps going right-right and left-left, make them go right-left and left-right). That's about it ...

Get a smaller bra or tighten the straps.

I believe it is true that the majority of women wear the wrong size bra. I would suggest going somewhere and getting fitted for the proper size. Below is a link for Oprah's magazine article on this subject.

readjust your bra strap or get another bra. I suggest you go to a professional bra fitter and get the proper fitting bra. You may be wearing the wrong size.
