cena vs bret hart, hmm tough call, if you are talkin with both of them at the top of their game that is, right now cena would have no problem, but with them both at their best, i'll go with bret the hitman hart, but in any case it would b a tough match to call

Now-a-days, Cena can probably take Bret Hart out. But if they would've wrestled back in the day, Bret Hart would've taken 'em out.

If it was Bret Hart at his prime, no. He would have crushed Cena. Since Bret is retired the answer is yes.

Right now Cena would beat Hart, since Hart isn't the same physically after his stroke.
But in their prime, Hart would beat the holy crap out of Cena. Hart was considered a legitimate tough guy outside the ring.

In his prime, I believe Hart, who is a legitimate shooter having been trained by another shooter his dad Stu Hart in the famous Calgary dungeon would have taken Cena anyday and anytime.
Bret today with bad knees and repeated concussions, would be easier target against a young Cena.

Hypothetically, no. Cena can hold his own, but I don't think Bret would've let the guy walk all over him. He'd probably use a lot of technical moves to wear Cena down.
