I do that from time to time . . . and in my memories when I messed up . . . I feel like I want to go back into the past and change what I said/did or wish it never happened!

Yes we all do that. from time to time. I,m sure everyone has made a mistake in their life that they wish would have never happened. But we must move on and try and do better with what little life we have left.

Yes. Now I just know that I'll do it, even though I know better. It's an interesting approach: if I shouldn't do this, if it will be embarrassing, if I wouldn't want my grandchildren one day to remember me like this, then I should probably do it anyway.
