1] quit drinking caffeine of any kind
2] no alcohol of any kind either
3] drink a lot more earlier in the day - like 1/2 gallon of water a day
4] take a good quality multivitamin every day - make sure they are in normal limits - some people with excess vitamin D have nocturia [ urinating at night ]
If these tips don't help, then see a urologist.

I have this probelm but I do drink lots of water and I pee all day and night , so I had to consult my urologist and he performed extensive tests .. The results came back negative so he figured out that I pee more when I am under pressure or when I am having an exam in the morning , my bladder responds to that by making me go to the bathroom every several mintues to a couple of hours ..

THat's sounds like an UTI. I get it sometimes too. Change to filtered water and drink cranberry juice for a week and see your doctor again. The infection makes you pee even when you don't want to or have to.

When your out for a couple of cocktails, you'll be able to by and large pass with out peeing via dinner and make it via a few beverages- however while you pass you ought to pass each and every 5 mins? Your puppy held her blatter for eleven hours and he or she demands to move- plenty. Even if she's going 20 instances to your stroll, she would possibly or might not be totally relieved while you pass to place her to mattress (most likely). Try taking her to a last 'potty spot', the equal one each and every night time at 10pm earlier than you pass to mattress especially for that cause. Go out- pee- are available. No stroll, no fuss, simply potty time. It's fairly spectacular that she will be able to keep it for eleven hours. Don't be too tough on her. You're fairly fortunate...
