Health care (for my family and Me)
Education
Soc. Sec....its not that high up b/c i have an ira and would rather donate money to that so that i know it will be mine when i want it....
Personally, i dont care about the space program so I dont think it should get my money, but our public schools need the money to help better our children and maybe provide security for them....

Me, me and me.
Social health care makes all the health care market expensive and bad quality. I want to use my money to pay for my own health care and shop around a non regulated market where I can get the most from my dollars.
Same with social security.
The space program can survive based on voluntary contributions. I would contribute gladly. And gives me the choice to take away my support if I don't see my money going in the right direction. In the government hands, if they screw it, they get more money to try again.
Same for all the other government programs.

social security, health care, space program. Our social security program needs the money. And when im 70 years old in 53 years i dont want to have to work.

National Security
Justice System - both criminal and civil
Hmmm.... I can't think of another Federal program that I'd put high on the list. At least nothing specifically authorized in the US Constitution.
