SIR WILLIAM,
Gee thanks for thatstatistical break down of how much better off i am than the rest of the world, However accurate your nimbers may be,you missed the point, my point was that no matter who gets elected there are things that the current administraition has screwed up to the point of almost no return,
you ask for examples,
International relations,
Trade issues,
Financial ovesites, and so on,
you see your thinking Im one of those whinig about how bad things are because my side isnt in office, well im not, Im truely for the people by the people and I dont care who's in office or what thier party is, as long as they do the job the people need done and not line thier pockets of the best interest over the citizenship
P.S. you ninny

No,I don't know who would want to follow the trainwreck who is Bush. They better get two terms. It will take that long to clean up this mess.Actually it will take longer considering what a failure his foreign policies have been.Hopefully we can recover.

...what "crap" ? support your claim...? (you're question is nebulous and non-definitive)...please, give "us" some documented examples of this "crap"... umm ? If you have "any" change in your pocket YOU are wealthier then 80% of the rest of the World... If you have a savings or bank account that you regularlly use... YOU have just become in the top 80% of the Worlds most afflieunt people... If you were able to eat over two meals today, YOU had more food then 90% of the Worlds population... if YOU have a house or an apartment with furnature, running water, electricity and basic technology, YOU are more afflieuent than over 80% of the Worlds population... If YOU can use the Internet from your own computer, YOU just stepped into the top 2% of the Worlds most technically advanced people... the "list" goes on if you'd like...the source...the United Nations report World Populations, 2006. Now about that "crap" you're referring to.

Nope. Whoever gets elected will just do more of the same. Even if someone with radical ideas on how to change things gets into the White House, Congress, the lobbyists and the American people will block their solutions.
Besides, the GOP and Dems are just peas in a pod. Neither of them are serious about doing what's best for this country, they are serious about doing what's best for themseleves otherwise we'd have health care reform. We wouln't be stuck in Iraq. We woul have captured bin Laden. We wouldn't be headed towards a recession because of the housing markets. Neither wants to stop our capitalist system from exploiting people.
Until the American pople decide to stop believing the lies, neither side will solve any problems.

I think most of them are prepared.I seriously think most of them have good intentions. However if they would be capable and qualified is another thing. It is a very big mess.
That's why I support Hillary despite her negatives sides to which I'm not blind. She knows how politics work at the highest level. She will be ready to go from day one.No adjusting, nothing new or far less than anyone else. She's smart intelligent, strong on defense with respect for International law. This woman is a rare combination of vision and experience.Add to that Bill Clinton by her side
She's best for America

I think that one party is more prepared than the other. Republicans at least (with the exception of Ron Paul) seem to be aware of the realities of the situation, whereas Democrats seem to be pandering to their base, although Hillary hasn't displayed as much naivete about the situation as the rest of the field.

This is far from the first time there will be a new president. They will pour a nice cup of "SUCK IT UP" and they will move forward with their agendas. Probably not exactly the answer you sought, but time marches on and the inevitable is coming. Like it or not, there has to be a replacement president in 08

I agree with you. I'm seriously concerned about the person who becomes our next president because they are inheriting a huge pile of problems, and I think it will take years and maybe decades to recover from the mess we're in.

The war will have to be escalated and the profiteers prosecuted to offset the depression that Carl Greenspan says is going to hit us.

The Bush administration didn't even make a dent in cleaning up the Clinton administration's crap so I think the next president will still have to adress cleaning up most of Clinton's sticky mess.
