The "Great" Khali will retain the World Heavyweight Championship. Whether or not he'll win the match, I don't really know. Maybe Batista or Rey Mysterio will win via DQ.
But I DOUBT that Khali will lose. He'll probably go off and face The Undertaker next, which is what's been rumored to happen for some time now. Then it's also rumored (not for a fact) that it will be Undertaker -vs- Edge at WrestleMania 24 in the SmackDown! main event.
