Right now I would say it's a combination of Syria & Iran (or more correctly, the radical factions contained therein).
I believe Hugo Chaves’ Venezuela is going to cause HUGE problems soon considering he is purchasing attack sub’s from Russia and building up his armed forces which appears to be being built for offensive purposes. His relations to both Russia and Iran are disturbing.
The odd thing is that last summer Russia and China participated in joint war games which simulated a ground invasion of Iran following a small scale nuclear strike… I don’t quite get that…
