i always think i am so samrt well i am smart but not so much
i don't that is normal .

Why should you go to a therapist just because you think you are smart? Unless your misjudgement is interfering with your daily life to the extent that you cannot function, it is ok to be wrong about oneself once in a while. Accept yourself the way that you are and be happy.

Seeing a therapist is always a good idea. It gives you someone to talk with that will keep what you say to themselves and it is always nice to talk out any issues you may have. Being smart is wanting to take care of yourself both mentally and psychically.

You'll need help whenever you think you need help. It's easy. Psychologist don't tell people what to do. Psychologist just help people do whatever they wanna do.
You should go to a psychologist whenever you feel that you can't deal or handle with anything.
