yeah I tend to always say yes and help people out. I was just brought up that you help people when they need it and I think it is the right thing to do even if I don't really feel like wanting to at the time.

Depends on the favor and how well i know them. If it's from my husband, oh something like...oh honey while your up, can you do me a favor and bring me a coke. Of course i would. If it's joe blow on the road asking me to do him a favor and give him some money or a ride, then hell no.

It depends both on the type of favour (i mean, it may be impossible, or inappropriate! lol) and the person asking it. If its someone close to you, or a boss or colleague, its likely that you'll do it - otherwise, it all depends on the context.
