Oh yes, I can whistle, just the normal whistle though. I can't do the "put the little fingers to the corner of the mouth" and let her rip kind of whistle. Just the pucker up kind!!

put your finger in your mouth and then close your lips around it. now pull it out and roll your tounge just a little bit. then blow. hope it worked :]]]]]
