None, really...It's US currency that does not allow living people. Now, some groups might not be very pleasing on your note cards, Christmas and Birthday Cards... ie, the whole middle eastern thing or something else painful to our country. Heck, they put ugly snakes and lizards on some a couple of years ago!

It is the same as coins, people that are still alive. Congress does have the right to make exceptions and has done so on coins, since I don't collect stamps, they may have done so there too. Remember we are suppose too follow all the rules, but congress does not have too.
