Minstrel cramps? I've heard of other pain relivers, but I don't really know since im new,
But I wanna make sure its safe...

Tylenol is the safest of the pain relievers (fewest side effects) but if you have really bad cramps, try taking Motrin or even Aleve. Both of those are anti-inflammatory pain relievers and often work when Tylenol doesn't.

I like Tylenol for my menstrual cramps. It seems to help me the best. I also like to put a heating pad on my stomach and lay down. It is comforting.

You can, but I doubt it will help much. Try Ibprofen or Midol. They will probably work better.

if it is cramps take MIDOL. go to your nearest drug store and get on there are all different types of midol so look

it is safe,but,probably won't help much. try aleve it used to be by prescription only but, now you can get it otc.
