Depends...today I'm in a forgive and forget nature. I believe in what a very reliable source would want us to do, it asks us to love all people and it even asks us to turn the other cheek.

May you find this peaceful place in your life and may the people who "abused" you feel the warmth and blessing of your forgiveness all day.
May the spirit of Ramadan that seems to be prevailing here
shine on you and erase any bad feeling you have towards these very very nice people.

I don't believe in payback but I do believe in "forgiving" but not "forgetting".

If this is about couple problems, and it is third party issue then I would say I will forgive him but there's no getting back.
I always believe if you can do it once you can do it again.

If he/she did something to me really bad I just lift it up to HIM and continue living my life.

Why would I waste my time/effort planning the payback when I know he/she will regret and suffer what he/she did to me in the future.

Last, I will not continue loving a person who is abusing me. There is a fine line difference of being "stupid" and "nice".
You can be forgiving without suffering continously.

I usually have a forgiving nature but can make an exception sometimes if it has to do with somebody abusing my friends...

it all depends on what side of human nature you depend on in life most.....if you use a chip in your shoulder to make it by in the world and have an attitude im sure you do believe in vengeance.....but if you believe kindness will deliver you through any problem over brute force then i think you believe in forgiveness....im the latter of the two..

mm... i love the avatar :D

as for yur question... I believe in the fact that what goes around comes around.. I agree with chinimimita.. i do forgive, but most times i can't forget :s and i might be cool with the ppl who abused me, but i won't love them... the relationship won't ever be the same again... i'd talk to them and so.. it's not like i'll delete them from my life.. but i won't trust them again..

did i tell you that I LOVE the pic!! :D
