They are a scam. Weight gain, pregnancy and surgery are the ONLY ways to make your breasts bigger. There are no magic pills, foods, creams, exercises that will do it.
You don't say how old you are, but breasts grow until a woman is in her 20s.

I've never tried them. But try birth control. I just started loestrin last week and my boobs are twice as big.
