help anyone i just dont feel right?

hello everyone,
i was 3 days late for af all tests were negative,
any way i had *small* spotting for 2 days only when i wipe today ive had brown blood when i wipe,
i have given up hope of been pg for this month but the cramps are HELL and my af keeps stop starting i feel sick huge head-ache and fever and light headed...
should i see a doctor ???
could i have an infection

with a fever? of course you have an infection of some sort, yes see a doctor.

The brown blood is old blood. Maybe you took the test to soon. Try again in a week. If you feel the need, go to the doctor. Good luck.
