My period has become very regular over the past year, 28-30 days, and I have been able to calculate that it will come while away on a caribean vacation. Is it possible to make your period come earlier so I can go away with that behind me? I am 50 years old and am still having a regular monthly cycle.

The only way you can modify your cycle is with hormones. So if you're not using birth control pills, then nope.... Sorry.

Unfortunatly not. You could try going on birth control. Or just use tampons, and enjoy your vacation anyway. Don't let your period control your life.
