Shes healthy not over weight but has very bad stomach problems.

Yesterday she had diarrhea and when I came home she had a very weird bowl movement.

It was chunky and looked sort of like salsa. It looked sorta red-ish.

I don't know what to do..

Her cramps always hurt. They used to hurt her to the point where she couldnt goto school because they were so bad. I put her on the pill and she still has horrible cramps.. not as bad as they used to be but still bad.

Anyone have any advice !?

I have had bad cramps since I started at 10. What I have done to cope better is use midol extended relief or pamprin. She will have to recognize that her menstrual cycle is coming before it comes on. Like does she have a craving for chocolate or experience mood swings before her cycle comes on. What I do is start taking the medication a couple of days before it comes on because I recognize the signs. I then take it throughout the course of my cycle and the cramps are more manageable. Of course follow the instructions on the medicine box.

Diarrhea is normal during that time, but Constipation and hemroids may be the cause of salsa. Sometimes when you have a hard time using the restroom or become very constipated hemroids form and they can burst while you try to use the restroom. Therefore, the blood is mixing in with the stool. I would say take her to doctor to address this issue. Also if it is an issue of irregularity, oatmeal for breakfast will take care of that.

Try Immodium and she can get a prescription from her doc, a drug called Asacol. My dad takes it. She may need an endoscopy or a colonoscopy. Make sure she gets to a doctor.

Try to eat some flax seed (ground, cook with water, mix with lat meal); and flax seed oil. Flax is high in Omega-3 and lignans. Your daughter needs a lot of them. do not fry or deep fry the oil.

first off in your last question you said you were 27, in this question true you would have given birth at age 7 which i seriously doubt. Secondly if your telling the truth then take her to the doctor!
