I work with a co-worker that seems to lie a lot to get ahead. I can't stand how she interrupts people because she thinks that she's right all the time. How do you deal with someone that is probably someone that you can't trust as far as you can throw em ?

Ignore them and don't get too close. Those kind of people always get figured out and you don't want to go down with them.

Do not tell them an=ything that you do not want distorting. Make sur YOU remain truthful....you do not have to answer for another. You could politely say, "Please let*************finish, it may be important" mext time she interrupts a colleague
