I like to see it spelled Nikolas because then you can call him Niko and I love that nickname. I asked this question about Jakob spelled Jacob or Jakob. So for those of you reading this, these questions are for a book and I want character names, but I would also love to name future kids these names.

As for Nikolas I want Nikolas Elijah Greene as a character name. Can you think of other middle names that will got with the last name for him.

And for Jakob I want the last name to be Andrews so any suggestions on middle names for him too would rock! Thank you all again.

Nikolas Ryder
Nikolas Elias
Nikolas Adrian

I don't mind the Nikolas/Jakob spellings because they are also correct spellings for Nicholas/Jacob....so it's just about personal preference (if you like Nikolas, then go with it). I also like Niko for a nickname.

I like the spellings of Nikolas and Jakob. I like Nikolas Elijah, or how about Nikolas Isaiah or Nikolas Isaac? For Jakob, maybe Jakob Michael or Jakob Douglas?

FYI - Nikolas spelled this way is Russian
Greene spelled that way is Jewish.

Do you want to mix those ethnicities? If so, great, I just wanted to make sure you were certain what you were doing before doing it. My mother is a writer, and I know how things must be authentic for the writer to be believable!

I do like Nikolas spelled that way though.

Well my brother spells it "Nicolas" but I prefer "Nikolas" too. I love the name Nikolai best of all, though!
