I'd say team 3 is the strongest, although I don't think #2 and #3 have the same D, unless they're in different leagues.
I think the receiving core of team 3 sets them apart. If I had to rate team 3 from 1 to 10, i'd give them a solid 8, due to theTE and Def.

This group is effortless. RBs are stable, WRs are vulnerable, TE is stable, Kicker rocks, yet protection is okay. initiate Miami's protection over Cincinnati, and notice approximately parting with certainly one of your stud RBs for a stud WR. different than that, middle of the line
