I like Tabitha Faye best. It doesn't sound so grown up, yet when she is grown up it won't sound childish.

I actually like Tabitha Mae, it seems to flow better than Tabitha Faye and I think it sounds nice with Jillian Rose.

I love Tabitha Faye. The way it sounds, the way it reads, the way it flows together.
Scarlett Mae is also pretty but it doesn't have the magic of Tabitha Faye. What a GREAT combination!

Both of the names are lovely, I can't pick one out of the two (sorry I know that isn't very helpful!).
I suppose that Tabitha Mae would be the combination of names I like best, because Scarlett is very modern whereas Jillian is more traditional, and Tabitha fits better with it. (I realise that you want Fay with Tabitha, and that sounds great, it's just that I prefer Mae with it!)
