I'm quite attractive but would be so much prettier if I could stop squeezing and picking my spots. I know it's a bit gross to talk about but it feels like i've got an OCD or something.
I've tried everything i can think of. Any suggestions?

im a beauty thrapist and i can tell you now that queezing the spots will scar you get 2 peices of toilet paper in each hand as though you were going to squeeze you spot with ur bare hands gently rock you spot from side to side to loosen it then sqeeze this stops scarring then apply a cleanser which will stop your spots from spreading this routine shoudl eventually clear you spots up

I'm so sorry. I totally feel for you. The exact same thing happened before my cheerleading pictures when I was in highschool! It's awful. Keep a hot compress, or washcloth, firmly on your chin. Keep applying the hot compress through out the evening and then when it is time for bed put on clerisil and rub it in but leave any extra white residue. In other words, lather it on. This should clear you up by tomorrow. You can always wear concealer if it still shows. That stuff does wonders. :-)

I sympathise, even when i'm screaming "stop"in my head i still carry on and trash my face!Paul Mkenna has some good tips on compulsive behaviour, he may be a cheeseball but the man knows his stuff! good luck.
