Well for starters, it's "what DO these words mean ;~)
Chavy isn't really used that much over here, except by the papers, but a chav means a bit of a scummy person I suppose. So doing something chavy is doing something like what a scummy person would do.
Thick means stupid.
Not really sure what summit refers to. Unless it's just "something" but said in a cockney accent.

Chav is a gypsy term meaning children/young people - it used to be an inoffensive term. But it has been used for the past 10 years or so by the public at large to describe money-rich but intellectually challenged types. Chavs revel in their own stupidity and love a good fight. They have big mouths and small brains. Lots of them post here.

Chavy or Chav is a slang word for someone whos uneducated and prone to antisocial or immoral behaviour. We often call teenagers chavs...espeically if they are wearing a lot of gold jewellery and that type of clothing!

I don't know "chavy" are you sure it is a word?
"Thick" is a slang word meaning dumb or stupid. In Australia it is used this way "He's as thick as a brick" which means he is extremely dumb, no brains at all.
"Summit" means the peak of something, usually referred to
when talking about mountain peaks. It is not a slang term.

Chavy, someone who lives in a government housing scheme, wears lots of low price or fake designer clothes, lots of cheap gold jewelry, unemployed / low income. Very derogatory term.
