I have read the book and it's definitely worth reading. It's hard to tell you what the book is about. You have to read the book to get the author's entire message, but here's the basic idea. The author calls it the law of attraction. Your thoughts attract negative or postive things. For example if you are always thinking about one thing your mind is dwelling on that and trying to get it for you. Negative thoughts attract negative things. My whole family has read the book, and for some of them it has helped them make some dramatic changes in their life. My dad ended up quitting a job he hated, and getting one that is part time but pays triple what he was making. He's more positive. It's not that this was only because of the book. The book just gave him the belief that better things were out there. He's getting more out of his life. One sister thinks it's kind of hokey, obviously it didn't help her much. It gets you thinking though. Every motivational speaker has the same concept just in different words. "You have to dream it to achieve it." That kind of stuff. The book takes no time at all to read. Why not read the book and decide for yourself? See what you think. I wouldn't listen to anyone who hasn't read the book though. It's hard to tell someone what the book is like, and if you haven't read it-well you just don't understand the meaning.

It's based on creative visualization, which is no secret and has been known by mystics for years. I'd suggest reading a book about Silva's Mind Control method. It's the same principle.

No, I certainly haven't read it. I know of the book though, the author supposedly believes that if you hope hard enough good things will happen??
