I don't think you can anymore. I got a tote bag and I get light bulbs from them now and then, but that was some kind of a "green earth" promotion thing. They had an ad for it on the front page of Y!Answers a long time ago. I'm pretty sure they don't do that anymore.

you cant people were selected for the free gifts a while back ,it was yahoo UK and Ireland's first birthday and they rewarded certain people with free gifts,I'm not sure if it went on levels or even best answers ,but i got a shirt

It's only done every so often, such as on the Yahoo Answers anniversary, and they should make an announcement if they do another giveaway :-)
