Yes. You measure around the chest/back under the breasts in inches and add 4 or 5 so you have an even number to get the band size. Then measure around the breasts and the difference is the cup size; AA (1 inch less), A (same), B (1 inch more), C (2 inches more), D, DD, E, EE, F, FF etc.

yes - the cup is one size larger than an F and one size smaller than a G (same goes for D, DD, E).
