Yes it's possible. The two actions are mutually exclusive.
If a woman is not so overwrought with the new baby and is feeling ok for sex, then manual or oral stimulation of the clitoris will help her to have an orgasm.
If however you mean that she's capable of having sexual relations WHILE in the act of breast feeding, that would never happen. Women are trying to care for the baby and the a-hole of a guy who tries to have sex with the woman while she's trying to feed the baby should be dragged outside and shot.

Yes, she can. Oxytocin plays a role in sexual arousal and orgasm and is stimulated by breast feeding. You don't hear about it much... it makes people very uncomfortable because we're uptight about keeping all sexuality in its proper place and fully controlled. It can be a simple and natural response.

As in, does the action of having her nipple sucked by the baby make her aroused? .... No... its a totally different sensation...
I don't think i know many women who can orgasm from nipple sucking alone anyway... never mind by their newborn child!
