Tou can't build a complete infrastucture in 13 years, they have terrible housing, no sanitation, and a lack of the infrastruture to develop it on, so until they do the basis work they're stuck with 3rd world status

A super power is either an economic super power and or a military super power. It will have to be both and beat every other country in ability except the U.S. by 2020. Will India be able to militarily walk over China or England or Russia? Will it be able to outproduce China or Germany? Can India out produce China while occupying Russia? That's the demands needed to become a super power.
