Theres no way the Mccanns had anything to do with maddies abduction, the only thing they are guilty of is not using the baby sitting service that was available to them, if they had used this service. then maddie would be home and safe. Its ok to say they were in a complex, but the kids window and patio doors were accessible from the main road, which could not been seen from were the couple were sitting. Im not a Mccann hater, but i just cannot get my head round why the kids were left alone, as a mother of 4, the youngest being 5 i could not stomach eating a meal while my kids were alone. And the safe old BUTLINS days are gone..society has gone warped and we watch it every day on the news. No child of any age is safe, Its time the Govt came down hard on convicted child abusers. Castration on the first proven without doubt CONVICTION...then re-offenders should have a finger amputated for every child they touch in an abusive way. These people are like a cancer and its growing and the govt put them back into society after treatment or rehabilitation as they call it!...A choccoholic never loses the craving for a bar of chocolate a x smoker never loses the wanting of a ciggie and a peedo will never lose the craving for a innocent naive child. And the frightening thing is that its our kids that are out there!

The mama accidentally overdosed Maddie to quiet her down while they ate dinner in a courtyard away, just feet really...
they realized the child was dead when they got back to the room and rather than facing the world and being seen as a Negligent Mother who accidentally killed her Child, she instead decided she could not face that and went on this escapade that someone else took her baby girl, all the while they had her in the Rental Car's trunk. How would anyone suspect, why would they look in the trunk? And as long it stays closed, no smell would come out. The blood may have simply been some blood coming out the nose or mouth which happens sometimes when people die, fluids come out. The eveidence is there, she knew if the world found out she accidentallyy killed her child she'd lose custody of her other two babies. And since they were in a Foreign country and because the Natalie Halloway case is still on everyone's minds in Aruba they figured, lets just let the people think she was kidnapped by some sexual trade ring and killed. They thought they could get away with it, the truth will come soon, watch and see.

The McCanns are guilty by default , if not , conspiracy to commit murder . Why you may ask , well if the events leading to Madeline going missing had occured in this country . Social services would have jumped all over the Mc Canns for leaving 3 small children alone [ never mind the fact this was not even home to them , but a foreign country ]
When has anyone seen a bad picture of the [ am being framed ] mother ? Why all the media attention to this one child when every day hundreds go missing ? How and Why has this one case been turned into such a media CIRCUS . With the medical background of the parents [ and medical friends ] Has to much attention been paid to the childs unusual and very distinct eye ? Lets face it , with retinal surgery to correct this ! NOBODY WOULD EVEN LOOK TWICE if it was Madeline staring them in the face .
We all know what grieving parents look like and in my view . THE MC CANNS never look in grief .

From the start something seemed not quite right, I do think they had something to do with Madeleines disappearance. I hope the truth will be soon be found. I do not think the Portugese police would carry on like this without sufficient evidence. They have tapped the phone calls and e.mails so there could be a lot more that we do not know about. I think if they were innocent they would have stayed in Portugal to clear there names..

Very difficult this one.... It is very difficult with all the media speculation and not knowing what is true what is not. My gut feeling says there is something not quite right about this case from Day 1. But does that mean they are guilty?
If they involved in anyway in terms of concealing a body (I don't for one minute think they harmed her. accident maybe)
they are so cool collected about it......

Guilty . I have always said that from the start because Gerry had a funny look on his face in of the pictures. I just have that feeling that something is a bit strange!

INNOCENT!! i don't believe the things printed in there press, surly if they found evidence in the hire car they wouldn't be allowed to carry on driving it, and they have been surrounded by press since the day she disappeared don't you think hiding a body would be in possible.And why would they stay in Portugal for so long it just doesn't add up

How can they be guilty without a court process or are you implying we should simply dispense with such inconvenient procedures and have trial by media (Sky News/Yahoo Answers etc)?

my hubby said they were guilty from the start im starting 2 agree with him . you must admit they do act a bit odd, thort they were staying in portugal till maddie was found amazing that they return home as soon as kate becomes a prime suspect!!!!!!!!

the twins should be taken away from them ,whos gonna watch them when there jailed or stoned to death .all because they wanted a DRINK >GUILTY and i hope ppl realise the world would NOT be looking for maddie if they never left their three innocent kids hope gerry and kate ROT IN HELL
