On myspace, If I mark someone as "spam" will they still be able to try to add me and message me?

Okay, there is someone who always bugs me, and wants to be my friend on myspace, so if I Press the "mark as spam" button, does this mean they cannot contact me anymore? or try to add me as a friend???

No; it just denies their friend request [or deletes their message if that's what it was], & a report is sent to Myspace that you flagged them, a report that they will not likely spare the attention for.
