It means a lot to me. I have lived in NE Oklahoma where the Trail of Tears ends, and know a lot of Cherokee people. The article doesn't mention the fact that they dismantled their church building and carried it on the trail with them. It still stands on US 59 in Adair Co. Oklahoma, north of Westville Okla.
