I was looking over people on the waiver wire and was wondering if I should make a move to pick any up:

I'm stunned that Lee Evans is available. If you have to take only one, make it Evans. Unreal that he's on the wire.
Wes Welker is also a decent pickup, if you have a spot for another warm body. He got a lot of looks in Week 1, and had a great pre-season. He's one of my top 5 sleepers this year.

OK in a ten team league these are people you could/ would see on the waiver wire if there are not alot of bench slots...
Is is a PPR league? if so Evans is a great add.
Do you get points for return yardage? if so Welker is outstanding becasue he is a reciever and returner.
Fred Taylor is a good add to the bench but he shares carries with Maurice Jones-Drew add many are guessing he will become more of a backup to him this year than sharing carries but you will have to watch to see...
Battle is another to keep an eye on and see if he and Alex Smith maintain a realtionship.... with Darrell Jackson there now who knows.
DEF.... only add for matchups... this week against Miami is a good add for the week
