Probably very little for lap dances, because he gets those for free -- plus the cost of a cigar.
With a 20 year old -- talk about borderline pedophilia. The psychological profile is there, just the age of the victim was off by a little. I guess it does come down to what the definition of "is" is.

That's just silly- Bill Clinton is so filthy rich, he can buy his own lapdances. Besides, PAC donations are carefully accounted for, even President Clinton wouldn't charge a stripper to his wife's credit card!
