There are a lot more than 10 of them. Actually, there are closer to 40. The series doesn't really have a main plot. The main games are all stand-alone stories with their own plots, characters, and worlds. They don't really interconnect.

You get most of them as you go along but 2 are hidden: Anima, if you use the destruction sphere in all the other temples you can find him in the underwater temple once you get the airship(it's hidden and i cant remember the coordinates).
I can't remember where you get the Magus sisters, sorry.
You must use the destruction spheres first time though the temples.
