my friend reckons he made his grow faster at the age of 13.
I was wondering if he's telling the truth at all and if he is HOW to do this
don't say that size don't matter and it'll grow eventually coz i know all that jazz i want one a BIGGIN NOW tho

Your penis size was determined genetically at conception. You can't increase it, nor its rate of growth.

Unfortunately it will only grow in its own time . Nothing you can do will make it get bigger any faster , than nature . So you will just have to be patient .
Your friend is spinning you a yarn , maybe he believes what he is telling you as perhaps by co incudence his penis did grow around the time he was experimenting .
You should eat a balanced diet anyway for all round health and normal growth

In the most probable result with hormones, it would cause growth abnomalities. Imagine it becoming a round ball shaped organ instead of the long form it should be... Hormones are never a good idea.... that is why it is dangerous to eat meats, or dairy products that have hormones being used in feeds --- in the end, any artificial inhancements cause problems in the long run... never a good thing.

Sorry to tell you what you don't want to hear, but your friend is simply telling lies. There is nothing you can do to affect the size of your penis. Mother nature will take care of it. You get what you get, but the good thing is, big or small, it WILL work and make someone happy.

it is all hereditary.There is no medicine to increase or decrease.Do not waste money on medicines or gadgets,it is all waste.But the size of the penis is not important.Vagina is adjustable.G-spot in women only 2 inches below.A penis with size of 2.5 inch is sufficent.But stiffness mattres.If it is stiff when erect,that is ok.
