Oprah because she gives away alot of free stuff, so I'm sure her guests get completely pampered.
Ellen because she has so much fun on the show! I would enjoy every minute of it!!

Well, Johnny Carson's just cause he was so cool. But if you mean present day, I'd go for either:
Ellen - cause I love to dance and she's so fun and full of heart
Jon Stewart - cause he's hilarious and smart but I am a little afraid he'd make me look dumb
David Letterman - cause he's so cute and just so classic. I'd have to come up with a stupid human trick or something though.
