Uh, your question doesn't seem to have anything to do with your question.
"Wild" is not the same as immoral, nor the same as "without any boundaries".
None of the above are likely to be found in the UK area (though what you mean by that is also unclear -- the north pole, or is that too far away?).
If you actually HAVE a question, try figuring out what it is, and trying again, explaining what it is you mean.
(I'm in the U.S. so don't know the UK at all.)

there are sooo many that all tie as being the most immoral. in my opinion killing innocent children regardless of their age, rape, murder, kidnapping, people having sex w/ people that they don't even know nad that they don't even plan on knowing, i could go on if you want. all of that stuff is what i would consider immoral. and there are many countries that have high rates of this

Depends on your interpretation of "immoral". A country who keeps their females secondary (AKA not being allowed to drive in Saudia) is immoral in my view.
