You're stretching it to ask for $200. I just bought a brand new psp from Gamestop for $169. If you need $200 then you might try selling the games and accessories separately.
Ebay will get you the biggest audience or you could try a local classified.

If anything, trying selling around your neighborhood. Ebay is usually your best bet though. The key is to make sure that you have a good description and your best bet is to sell the games seperate but keep the 4gb with the psp. Just make sure you catch people with a good title and thats about it! happy gaming :)
