List the top 10 songs that you think radio (or a music channel) has just played so far into the ground it's at the earth's core, even if you liked it.

Here's mine...
1.) "I Can't Get No Satisfaction" by Rolling Stones
2.) "Unchained Love" by whoever sang it first
3.) "Thriller" by Michael Jackson
4.) "Gangsta's Paradise" by Coolio
5.) "Sweet Home Alabama" by Lynyrd Skynyrd
6.) "Push" by Matchbox 20 (anything else on that CD)
7.) "It's Been Awhile" by Staind
8.) "How You Remind Me" by Nickelback
9.) "Semi-Charmed Life" by Third Eye Blind
10). "You Oughta Know" by Alanis Morisette

1. Nirvana - Smell Like Teen Spirit
2. Green Day - Longview
3. Pearl Jam - Even Flow
4. Bush - Everything's Zen
5. Sublime - Wrong Way
6. Alanis Morisette - You Oughta Know
7. Faith No More - Epic
8. The Offspring - Come Out And Play
9. Matchbox 20 - Push
10. Soundgarden - Black Hole Sun

Some of these might have been good songs at one point, but if I never have to hear ANY of them again, I'd be good with it. Seems like it has taken the bulk of this decade alone to begin to bury them slightly.

In no specific order

"Stairway to Heaven" - Led Zeppelin (everyone hails it as the greatest song on earth now)
"Boulevard of Broken Dreams" - Green Day (picked up unfortunate 14-year old brainless bandwagoners)
"We Will Rock You" - Queen...but then again, many stations play it for specific reasons
"Nothing Else Matters" - Metallica (most people think it's their best song due to radioplay)
"Smells Like Teen Spirit" - Nirvana (ditto)
"Epic" - Faith No More (even here, there are people that demand more FNM other than Epic)
"Photograph" - Nickelback (please...enough with these style of songs)
"Wonderwall" - Oasis (had to endure the sounds of the whole bus singing it each time it came on the radio...I was just in 5th grade back then)
"We Are The Champions" - Queen (same with We Will Rock You...often, both are played back-to-back)
"Machine Head" - Bush (it's enough we have to hear it at every single sporting venue on planet Earth)

I stopped listening to the radio a long time ago. I know the crappy Disturbed version of "Land of Confusion" is played more than the original.
