why would I want to eat lice, let alone one that has flies in it?

I have been offered this before and it is actually quite good. It's another example of how our cultural stereotypes interfere with good old fashioned cooked body louse.

I have indeed, in San Flancisco, China Town. I had flied lice with Kitten Chow Mein, and some gleen tea. It was good - we need to have an open mind about these things, I guess. Who's to say that a 4000-year old culture is to be discounted for their ways...?
