4 in the morning, thats when the streets become empty and places don't open until 10 am. Egypt!

My town rolls up at about eleven during the week and midnight or one on the weekends. Yawn. Except for the all night stores like Meijer. You get the real weirdos in there late at night especially on the weekends.
