You can eat them, they won't hurt the baby, but they are empty calories and full of preservatives. Just use common sense and eat the junky stuff in moderation.

Yes, you can eat flaming hot Cheetos during your pregnancy. My mom did, a lot and I came out fine. Actually I love hot Cheetos just as much or even more that my mom did. I thinks it's because she ate them when she was pregnant with me lol. 😂

Definitely, fulfill your craving! :) I heard once that when you go through a craving, even for junk food, it's your body telling you that it needs something those foods have. Just use moderation, as another answer said, because you don't want to trap yourself by gaining too much actual weight (meaning fat, not the normal pregnancy weight gain) throughout your pregnancy. I ate "chile con carne" when I was pregnant, which is so spicy it makes me cry, and it didn't do a thing.
Do, though, have tums or rolaids on hand, as I had acid a lot. (not necessarily as a result of spices, just because I was prone to acid)

Well, they're certainly not the healthiest food, but you can eat them! Why couldn't you? Is your friend one of those people that loves to tell you all the things you can't do while you're pregnant? If she tells you not to lift your arms over your head then you know the answer to that q is yes.
Eat your cheetos and tell your friend to hush up.

Tell your friends to SHHH. I used to eat those all the time when I was pregnant. And the only thing that happend was that my girl now loves those things.

Not, not bad at all. If you like 'em, eat 'em. Just be prepared for an increased case of heartburn throughout your pregnancy.

i'm sure you'll be fine if you eat them... except you might get heart burn or an upset stomach. i've heard that it's pefectly fine for ladies that are pregnant to eat/crave spicy foods.

Sure they are fine but later on I would be cautious, heartburn will kick in and you won't want ANYTHING that could possibly trigger it!! enjoy them now while you still can.
