Only a LOSER wouldn't know that loser is spelled L-O-S-E-R.

You said I was looser. As in not tight. Like your mother.

what i haven't been seeing too much of online, is the theory that them being caught was intentional. it's nothing new that people try to steal signs, there's a reason all those coaches hold pieces of paper over their mouths while they're calling plays. there's one rumor going around that since the patriots are going into the season pretty well equipped, that they intentionally got caught to try and force the league into fixing a blatant league wide problem. given the players that the franchise has, is "cheating" really necessary for them to win?

i mean in all honesty, if you were trying to be discreet about filming another team, which one would assume you would want to be if you were actually trying to cheat. would you put your cameraman (a cameraman that eric mangini-jets head coach, knows at that) on the other teams sidelines? something tells me bellicheck is smarter than that.

as for punishment, i could see docking a draft pick. taking away team wins is just ridiculous though. look at merriman last year, made the pro bowl even after he was busted for steroids. the chargers didn't have to give up wins because of it, neither should the patriots.

no matter how this whole thing plays out, it's further proof of why every player on the field should have the radio helmets. alot of teams have been fighting for them for a while, and this seems like the perfect reason why they should have them.

I am not a Patriots fan and never have been, but the Patriots have only been caught cheating this year. Unless there is real evidence to show that they have been doing this for the past 6 years or so, this has nothing to do with their Super Bowl wins. You can imply and think they have cheated for years, but it comes down to the fact that there is no real evidence to show they did anything against the rules in order to win those Super Bowls. If they did cheat for the Super Bowl wins, it didn't help them too much cuz they still only won by field goals.

Well, it's only cheating if you get caught and the Pats got caught. You would think that after the episode in Green Bay last year they would have stopped the practice. However, I guess Belichick thinks his stuff doesn't stink and shows little respect for Goodell. Well, he who lives by the sword also dies by it. I think he underestimated Goodell and the commish will take a chunk out of his a** for being such blatant cheater.

ive know it for years of course im a raider fan so it dosent count anybody remember the tuck rule, the patriot rule, marvin harrison and reggie wayne being held 15 yards down the field...the patsies have won three superbowls and they just started taping signals, yea right the patsies are crooked everybody outside of the pea brained ne fans knows it...NOW ITS TIME TO PAY PATSIES, but we know the patsies are a favorite team of the nfl so they will get a slap on the wrist and be back to their cheating way

It's unfortunate that they can't take back those Super Bowl's that they allegedly won. I don't doubt that Tom Brady is a great quarterback, but this type of behavior cannot be tolerated. Pat's should be banned from the post-season this year in addition to having their draft picks pulled. I can only hope that Roger Guidell punishes them with an iron fist.

You can't ultimately determine that they cheated at every game. You can assume, and that would be a fair assumption, but who really knows

btw, answerers, some of you really need a crash course in insults/comebacks. I pity the fool who has to resort to "you are a looser" as their prime insult.

one game does not destroy a dynasty, one battle does not change the war

who said he cheated in every game, we are missing a lot of facts, until we learn all the facts it is hard to judge. was he getting a feed from the camera, was this a one time thing, was it bellicich who was ultimately responsible for this, what do the rules really say i have not seen them and i would like to, etc.

i agree there should be some punishment, but i can not decide with this level of information how sever.

Beilichek is a poor loser, so I don't find it hard to believe he would cheat so he wouldn't have to deal with the agony of defeat

Yes and no. Yes, because what myself and others thought to be unbelievable that the Pats won so much is true. No, because there were probably alot of jobs lost and games lost due to the Pats cheating. Its pathetic really.
