Also, is there another term for a stocker? I want it to look good on a resume. Thanks.

A stocker or merchandiser is an individual that will replenish displays and shelf inventory at a retail store. You could refer to the position as stock clerk, merchandiser, store clerk or sales associate. It is hardly a glamorous job, but one that is necessary and one that does require a bit of acumen to complete successfully. Sure you can just throw the stuff up on the shelves, but even that simple task can be done poorly, with inventory not straight, rotated when necessary and out of order.

They basically fill the shelves when they're getting empty. I've always heard the term stockboy or stockgirl.
