long before either of those happen we will have been dead for a long time.

but lets say that, hypothetically speaking, that we were still alive at the time that the sun became demolished and the water dried up. without the sun earth would be uninhabitable and with no water all life on this planet would die.

We could live but not here. We had better be living on other planets by the time that this little situation occurs. Lucky for us, the sun has a few billion years left to it and I don't see the water disappearing from the world anytime soon.

I believe that if those never existed but humans still walked the earth we would find sum way to adapt to the situation. Because if you think about it we had to adapt to having those things so if we never kn ew of the sun or the water im sure we would find a way to live.

no we couldn't live, b/c even if there were no water on earth, the living organisms would not be able to survive without the source of the sun.

so the answer to your question in NO.
W/o the sun or water there is no survival b/c our earth depends on these two major componenets.

water is the source of life. all animal embryos require a liquid state in its early phase of life. all plants also require water for conduction. all bacterias and fungus require moisture for replication. no water - no life

the sun is the source of energy without which all life will cease to exist as energy will be depleted

Nope. The sun gives off vitamins we can't get anywhere else and the water keeps us hydrated. We can't live without either.
