It was Carmen....Nas's baby's mom. She if I remember correctly was an assistant and the record label and she started sleeping with Jay-Z and soon later got back with Nas. I'm to really sure on what actually happened but I think Jay-Z put it out there that he slept with her and then Nas came back with something. I know she has a book out that tells how she has slept with a few of the entertainers and how she was supposedly pregnant by Jay-Z.
I think they worked it out just by appologizing to each other and realizing that they both hit that and she was using them both.

i assume, even though it took Nas a protracted a$$ time to return out with any new cloth, possibly people concept Jay Z stole the crown by ability of staying the the spot mild, liberating cloth Ish like that. King of NYC will constantly be Biggie.

the beef was over who actualy had SOMETHING to say on the mic... that was when rap was taking a turn for the worst and nas wasn't takin it well....they resolved it after growing up...you know... it got old and maturing showed them that, but nas still feels like rap has a responsability and is '' dead'' J has moved on makin money buyin sports teams etc....

They decided their beef was stupid and they were reaching the age that it was becoming down right silly. Jay-Z also said that "The medis loves it when blacks fight between or among themselves, so why give them what they want!"
